Pracovní náplň
Responsible for managing given scope of expenditure and suppliers
Main task is to generate savings for the company by appropriate sourcing activities such as proactive benchmarking, negotiations, consolidation of the supplier base, localization of the new suppliers and similar
Active participation on the projects run by the purchasing, marketing, technical and product dept. including sourcing of the new products/materials and supplier account take overs from different
NCH affiliate warehouses within centralization activity
Creation and implementation of the sourcing strategies and management of the given supplier base
Participation on the fiscal year budget creation
Communication with other departments of the company
Požadujeme
Ideal candidate would have 3+ years specific experience in roles related to Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing in a manufacturing environment.
Fluent Czech and English are required, additional European languages are preferred
Experience in purchasing of chemical raw materials, packaging, final chemical products or equipment is a plus, but is not required.
Familiar with modern ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
High school education, ideally in technical or some business-related field.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a profit-oriented approach comfortable in a high-speed working environment.
He or she will be highly organized, analytical and detail oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines.
